Welcome to Slomo. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the App. By using Slomo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Slomo mobile application ("Slomo," the "App," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("you" or "User") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Ahmad Faour, who operates Slomo as an individual developer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.
2. Description of service
Slomo is a personal subscription tracker. You enter subscriptions manually. Slomo does not connect to your bank or scan your email.
Some features are free. Slomo Pro requires a paid subscription or one-time purchase (unlimited entries, charts, custom reminders).
3. Free trial and billing
Pricing and billing cycles are shown at purchase. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Charges apply to your Apple ID or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Ahmad Faour does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.
5. Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for data you enter and for keeping credentials secure. You will not misuse the App or attempt to reverse engineer it. Slomo does not verify the accuracy of data you provide.
6. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. By using Slomo, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Slomo's name, logo, design, and code are owned by Ahmad Faour and protected by law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Third-party services
The App uses Apple App Store / Google Play, RevenueCat, and Supabase. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Slomo is provided "as is" without warranties. It is not financial advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahmad Faour shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Slomo Pro in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Slomo by deleting the App.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms and the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in Saudi Arabia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
